(matchyourride.com) reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders and claims at its sole discretion.

All extended warranty package service cover only minor accidental damage to items listed and explained by detail of limits of damage. We only cover parts of items we have sold to you in our records only and nothing more. Only Frames, Rims, and Bodies made by HPI, Yokomo USA, Tamiya and more to be added may be covered by Either Extended Warranty Package. Fraud items sent in that where not of your purchase; you will be prosecuted and fined in the court of law. All Claims must be approved before repair is done. All claims must have a Claim's Report Filled out and sent in to our office in order for an Extended Warranty to be Completed and Approved for repair. Please send All Claims Reports to Warranty@matchyourride.com or send them to our fax number under Contact Us with Attention to Warranty.

match your ride extended Basic warranty

Extended Basic Warranty package will only cover the Damage to a Lexan Body and the Damage to a Rim of the car. No other part that is sold to a consumer will be covered on this package. The deductible on this coverage is $250.00 no less and must be paid in full before Items can be replaced. Customer has up to 15 days of date of approved claim to make a full payment other wise items will be sent back to customers. Deductibles are no longer paid after customer makes 6 months of non late payments from start of extended warrantee till 6 months after start date. You will have to pay a deductible if you start a package and stop it and then start it again with in the first 6 months of the service. You have to pay 6 months in a row of none late payments first for the deductible to be waived. All Claims have up to a 3 months period to be completed unless advised other wise. (Excluding the first 3 weeks of claims approved date) Monthly payments may vary and change based on company needs.

match your ride extended Platinum warranty

Extended Platinum Warranty package will only cover the Damage to a Lexan Body and the Damage to a Rim of the car, Lights and Lights Wiring, and Chassis and Limited Chassis Mechanical Parts. No other part that is sold to a consumer will be covered on this package. The deductible on this coverage is $175.00 no less and must be paid in full before Items can be replaced. Customer has up to 15 days of date of approved claim to make a full payment other wise items will be sent back to customers. Deductibles are no longer paid after customer makes 6 months of non late payments from start of extended warranty till 6 months after start date. You will have to pay a deductible if you start a package and stop it and then start it again with in the first 6 months of the service. You have to pay 6 months in a row of none late payments first for the deductible to be waived. All Claims have up to a 3 months period to be completed unless advised other wise. Damage Coverage's

All extended warranty package service cover only minor accidental damage to items listed and explained by detail of limits of damage.

Damaged Covered:

 Water Damage, Soil Damage, Cracked Bodies, Rim Damage, Frame Damage, Light or Light Wiring Damage, Mechanical Parts on the Chassis that allow the Car to Move and Turn. (Limitation’s may vary on part availability; if a part is not available we are not liable for not being able to do the repair.)

Damaged Not Covered:

 Fire damage is not covered on any part of the extended warranty damage. This can be fire by gas powered cars, Fire due to product being in any type or style fire. Example: Car is in house fire. If any of the covered damage is leading to fire damage the extended warranty will no longer apply and no refunds of payments will be given under any circumstances. If deductible is paid in full and when claims report and product or products is received and fire damage is noticed on any part. If the Claims Report does not state any fire damage at all deductible will not be refunded and fire damaged products will not be replaced.

Batteries and Remote's are not covered under any of the extended warranties.

Shipping

All Consumers are responsible for shipping there repairable items into our locations. Once the Claims Report is submitted and the Claim is Approved the claim service rep will notify you of location the items are to be shipped too. Please keep in mind items may be shipped to two different locations based upon the repair needed. Items to be shipped back to the customer will be covered by the Company.
